Letter from our Founders
Dear Community,

When we decided to launch BHT Impact, it wasn’t because the world needed another platform, program, or initiative. It was because we kept running into the same frustrating truth: youth behavioral health is full of people who care deeply and innovators with real solutions, but for many, navigating this system and proving that impact still feels out of reach.
With BHT Impact, we want to highlight and uplift all the great impact that is already being made and then supplement the gaps with quick access to knowledge, experts, and bridges to each other. In a time where we are all feeling the pressures of doing more with less, we hope we can alleviate some of that burden.
We know on-the-ground and systemic change takes persistence, creativity, and community. But we also know that systems are made up of people, people like you who are thinking differently, working together, and showing up every day despite not having the same access to capital, knowledge, and connections as others. Whether you are an innovator, teen, family member, caregiver, mental health provider, policymaker, or advocate, BHT Impact is meant to be a shared effort.
We are energized and excited to catalyze our large community in supporting amazing youth innovations and initiatives already underway. With that in mind, we are eager to hear from you about how we can create and evolve to tackle what matters the most to you. What do you need? What is still missing? What does impact mean to you? We are looking forward to hearing from you: reach out to us below.
